Fazoli’s Rewards FAQ

Fazoli’s Rewards is the coolest rewards program around!  You’ll now earn reward points for every dollar you spend, which means the more you love Fazoli’s, the more we’ll love you!

  • Do I need a Fazoli’s account to participate in the Fazoli’s Reward Program?
    • Yes, you need to sign up by downloading the app.
  • Will you share my information in my Fazoli’s Rewards account?
    • No, we won’t share your information.
  • What type of phone do I need to use the app?
    • The Fazoli’s Rewards app is available on iOS and Android devices.  You can find the app in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  • How do I refer a friend?  What do I get if they visit?
    • Share your invite code by selecting ‘Invite Friends’ in the slide menu.  You’ll get a free drink when they sign up using your invite code and make their first purchase.
  • Who do I contact with questions or concerns?
    • In the app, visit the ‘Need Help?’ section under the slide menu.
  • Will I continue to receive my Birthday and Anniversary rewards through the Fazoli’s eFamily email club?
    • When you move form our eFamily email database to our Loyalty program you will start to receive your birthday and anniversary emails directly through the app, although you will also get an email to remind you of your available offers
  • Can I redeem my points for Cash?
    • No, points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • How do I enroll in the Fazoli’s rewards program?
    • Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store
  • Can anyone enroll in the Fazoli’s Rewards Program?
    • Yes, if you’re over the age of 13 you can be a member of the Fazoli’s Rewards Program
  • Is there a fee for enrolling in the Fazoli’s Rewards Program?
    • No, this program is free.
  • What do I do if I forget my username and/or password?
    • On the login screen, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and we’ll help you out
  • How do I earn a free meal?
    • You’ll get 1 point for every $1 you spend.  Once you hit 50 points, you’ll receive a $5 reward
  • What do I do if I am unable to scan my barcode?
    • Send us an email via the ‘Need Help?’ section in the app.  We’ll get you taken care of on the back end.
  • Can I share my rewards with my family?
    • If your family shares one phone, then yes you can share rewards, but you cannot transfer points or rewards between accounts.
  • Can accounts be combined?
    • No, accounts cannot be combined.
  • Can I scan someone else’s barcode to earn points?
    • You can only earn points for purchases you have made. Make sure to tell your friends how great the app is so they can start earning points. Send them your invite code and you’ll score a Free Drink the first time they scan to earn.
  • Can I earn points on the purchase of Gift Cards?
    • Yes, You earn points when you purchase them in the restaurant, but you cannot redeem your rewards to buy gift cards.
  • Can I earn points on the purchase of Catering?
    • Yes! You can earn points on the purchase of catering.
  • How do I redeem rewards?
    • On the home screen select the Redeem button. When you get to the register, scan your QR code at the scanner and wham, rewards redeemed. No phone? No, problem. Tell the cashier your phone number (if this phone number is associated with your rewards account) when checking out and they can redeem your points at the cash register.
  • How do I redeem offers?
    • You’ll find offers in the ‘Inbox’ section of the app. Then you’ll redeem the offer the same exact way you redeem rewards.
  • Do I have to use all my rewards at once?
    • Nope, you can use banked rewards (not offers) however you see fit.
  • Do my rewards ever expire?
    • Yes, you have 12 months to use your banked rewards before they go away.
  • Do I have to use my offers at once?
    • Most offers have an expiration date, so make sure you use the offer before it expires. Once you hit redeem on the offer you will have 2 hours to use the offer before it disappears.
  • Do my offers ever expire?

  • What if my purchase doesn’t use all my reward?
    • That’s okay. Banked rewards will stick around for 12 months, so if you want to use $2 today and $2 tomorrow that is A-OK.
  • Can I receive cash back with the Fazoli’s rewards?
    • Nope
  • Can I use a Fazoli’s coupon together with another coupon?
    • Yes, coupons can be combined with other offers.
  • Do I earn points for my online/pronto pick purchases?
    • If you order through the Fazoli’s Rewards app you will earn points for your order ahead purchase.
  • Can I use banked rewards with my online/pronto pick purchase?
    • Yes, if you have enough rewards banked you can apply these to your order ahead purchase. On the payment screen you’ll see the option to pay with Fazoli’s Rewards credit.
  • Can I redeem offers with my online/pronto pick purchase?
    • Sadly, at this time you cannot redeem offers sent through the Fazoli’s Rewards app in the order ahead section. We’re working on that as a future update.
  •  I made an eligible purchase at a Fazoli’s restaurant, but it is not reflected in my rewards account, how do I resolve that?
    • Shoot us an email from the ‘Need Help?’ section under the slide menu inside the app.
  • Is the Fazoli’s rewards app secure?
    • Yes. We take security and privacy very serious. We never sell or release your information and we never see or share your passwords.
  • Why do I need to sign up with Facebook?
    • You don’t have to sign up with Facebook, but if you do you’ll score 10 free points.
  • What information do you access from my Facebook profile? Do you post to my Wall?
    • We will see your general information and the email address associated with your Facebook profile. When you leave feedback in the app you can elect to post this on your Facebook wall.
  • Why does Fazoli’s require my location?
    • We use your favorite location so we can send you sweet deals and offers where you live.
  • How do referrals work?
    • Share your invite code with friends by selecting ‘Invite Friends’ in the slide menu. Your friends will get the awesome sign up offer when they sign up, and you’ll get a free drink when they scan their first visit.
  • This app sounds amazing, but I don’t have a smartphone…can I still get rewarded?
    • Visit fazolis.com/loyalty to set up an account. When you go into the restaurant ask the cashier if they have phone number look-up with Fazoli’s Rewards. The location can award you points via the point of sale system. You will also be able to redeem rewards through this same process.
  • How do I earn rewards?
    • When you buy something you’ll get rewarded. Select the Earn button and either scan the QR code at the register, scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt. You’ll receive 1 point for every $1 you spend. Once you hit 50 points you’ll receive a $5 reward.
  • How long do I have to scan my receipt?
    • If you decide to scan your barcode on the bottom of the receipt, you will only have 3 days after the transaction that the program will accept the scan, otherwise you will receive an error message.
  • What about your paper based frequency cards?
    • For locations that are accepting the app, we are phasing out the old method of paper based frequency cards, so these will no longer be available. If you would like to go digital and have existing stamps on your paper card, contact support through the need help section of the app and they will be able to assist you further
