Earning Points and Rewards
You’ll now earn reward points for every dollar you spend, which means the more you love Fazoli’s, the more we’ll love you!

You’ll get 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding tax and gift card purchases). Points may be redeemed for select menu items.
Please follow these steps to scan your receipt: (1) Click “Rewards” across the bottom of the app (2) Click “Earn” (3) Click “Earn for Past Purchases” If needed, you can enter the barcode manually by selecting “Enter Receipt Barcode Number” Please note: if you scanned a reward during checkout, your points were added during this time; therefore, you do not need to scan your receipt.
Send us an email via the ‘Support’ section in the app. Be sure to include a photo of your receipt or your receipt barcode number.
You can only earn points for purchases you have made. Make sure to tell your friends how great the app is so they can start earning points. Send them your invite code and you’ll score a special offer the first time they scan a receipt!
Yes! You can earn points on the purchase of catering. Please sign into your rewards account during the checkout process by selecting the ‘Fazoli’s Catering – Punchh’ option in orange (rather than checking out as a guest) and your points will be automatically added to your rewards account!
No, you may use, save and build up points for later!
Reward points earned on or after March 14th, 2023 will expire 5 years from when they are rewarded. Points earned prior to March 14th, 2023 will expire within one year of reward date. Be sure to use them so you’re never caught losing out on your hard-earned rewards.

Receipts must be scanned within three (3) days of purchase. If you scan your receipt after three days, you will receive an error message and will need to contact us via the ‘Support’ section of the app in order to have your points added to your account.
Be sure to sign in to your loyalty account when placing an online/pronto pickup order and your points will automatically be added to your account!
To add points to your account, please sign into your loyalty account and go to ‘check in.’ Then, enter your barcode in the space provided OR you can email us a picture of your receipt at punchhfeedback@fazolis.com.

Redeeming Rewards and Offers
Option 1: Open the Fazoli’s Rewards app and select ‘Redeem’. If you would like to redeem a reward for points, remain on the ‘Rewards’ tab and select the reward you would like to redeem. Click ‘Add Reward’ and a QR code will be produced. Show it to the cashier for it to be scanned and applied to your order. The QR code will be valid for 10 minutes. If you have not redeemed your reward within 10 minutes, you can go back and select the reward again or choose a new reward.
If you would like to redeem an offer that was sent, select the ‘Offers’ tab and select the offer you would like to redeem. Click ‘Add Reward’ on the confirmation alert that appears and a QR code will be produced. Show it to the cashier for it to be scanned and applied to your order.
When you scan the QR code for a reward or offer, you can also earn points for your visit.
When you wish to redeem a reward with an online order please make sure the item associated with the reward is added to your cart with the rest of your order prior to checking out. For example, if the reward you wish to redeem is for the Free Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks with $5 Purchase, make sure the Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks are added to your cart prior to checking out. When you check out, you will then select the reward associated with the Free Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks to see your discount applied.
That error message usually appears if the item associated with the reward is not in your cart with the rest of your order prior to selecting the reward. For example, you would follow these steps to use the Free Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks with $5 Purchase: (1) Select ‘Order’ (2) Select your location (3) Add the Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks to your cart (4) Add your other menu selections (5) When you get to the Payment step select the reward for the Free Pepperoni Pizza Breadsticks with $5 Purchase under ‘See Available Offers’ to see your discount applied.
You can view which rewards you have unlocked by going to the ‘Redeem’ section of the app and then selecting the ‘Rewards’ tab. You can either claim the reward in your app to redeem in-store or you can redeem the reward online by beginning your order and adding the item associated with the reward to your cart with the rest of your menu items. Then, you will select the reward at checkout to see your discount applied.
For example, if would like to use the reward for a Free Baked Spaghetti for 100 Points: (1) Select ‘Order’ (2) Select your location (3) Add the Baked Spaghetti to your cart (4) Add your other menu selections (5) When you get to the Payment step select the reward for the Free Baked Spaghetti for 100 Points under ‘Available Offers’ to see your discount applied.
You will follow the same steps as redeeming other rewards except you will need to add two of the item that is associated with the reward to your cart. For example, you would follow these steps to use the BOGO Baked Spaghetti: (1) Select ‘Order’ (2) Select your location (3) Add the Baked Spaghetti to your cart (4) Add another Baked Spaghetti to your cart (5) Add any other menu selections (6) When you get to the Payment step select the reward for the BOGO Baked Spaghetti to see your discount applied.
Option 1: Log into your account at https://fazolis.com/rewards on your computer and select ‘Rewards’ if you would like to redeem a reward for points or ‘Offers’ if you would like to redeem an offer sent to you. Select ‘Redeem’ and a 7-digit code will be generated for you to use/show in store within 24 hours.
If your family shares one phone, then yes you can share rewards, but you cannot transfer points or rewards between accounts.
Yes, most offers have an expiration date, so make sure you use the offer before they expire. Once you hit redeem on the offer you will have 10 minutes to use the offer before it disappears. If you do not use the offer, it will go back to your account after the countdown expires (until the expiration date).
When you redeem a reward but are unable to use it your reward/points will automatically go back to your account after the countdown expires!
Unless otherwise stated, coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or offers. Please note that only one reward may be used per order.

On the app login screen, enter your email address and click the ‘Reset Password’ link for an email to be sent to you. You can also use this link to change your password online and request for a password reset link to be sent to you: https://www.fazolis.com/rewards (select Login, then enter your email address and click ‘Forgot Password’).
To access your account you will just need to sign in the same way you initially signed up. For example, if you initially signed up with your email address you will select the ‘Login’ option to log back in. If you signed up with Facebook you will select ‘Connect with Facebook’ to log back in or if you signed up with your Apple ID you will select ‘Sign in with Apple.’ If you need help accessing your account please reach out to us at social@fazolis.com.
Your phone number may be linked to an inactive account and simply needs to be removed. Please contact us at social@fazolis.com so we can help with this!
Accounts can be connected to your email, Facebook account, or Apple ID. When signing into your account, you must sign in the same way that you initially signed up. If you signed in differently than you initially signed up, you may have created a new account. Please reach out to us by visiting the ‘Support’ section in the app or send us an email at social@fazolis.com so we can help getting everything straightened out!
No, your information will remain private and not be shared.
When you move from our eFamily database to our Loyalty program you will start to receive your birthday and anniversary emails directly through the app. You will also receive email alerts to remind you of your available offers.
Share your invite code by selecting ‘Invite Friends’ in the app menu. You’ll get a special offer when they sign up using your invite code and make their first purchase.
No, accounts cannot be combined.
Yes. We take security and privacy very seriously. We never sell or release your information and we never see or share your passwords.
We will see your general information and the email address associated with your Facebook profile. When you leave feedback in the app you can elect to post this on your Facebook wall.
We use your favorite location so we can send you sweet deals and offers where you live.
If your email is showing up as locked and you’re unable to change it, this is because you signed up via Facebook. You will need to go to your Facebook account and manually change your email directly in Facebook. After signing back into your Facebook account, you can sign back in to the Fazoli’s Rewards app by clicking “Connect with Facebook”. This will put you back in your account with the updated information.
