We are excited to offer you a new lineup of delicious manicotti entrees! First off, what are manicotti? Manicotti are pasta tubes stuffed with some sort of filling. The name literally translates to “little sleeve” in Italian. It seems that Italians have been stuffing pasta tubes with cheese for hundreds of years, with the earliest reference found being from 1770. Many industrial manicotti or cannelloni (another name for manicotti) are extruded into tube shapes from a machine. At Fazoli’s, each manicotto (singular form of manicotti) is rolled by hand. We stuff our manicotti with a blend of ricotta, Parmesan, and Italian herbs. We then bake them and top them with delicious ingredients when you order.

Shrimp Alfredo Manicotti Shrimp simmered in a black pepper Alfredo sauce with spinach, served on top of two hand-rolled manicotti and baked with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan panko breadcrumbs.
