PUT THE “FUN” BACK IN FUNDRAISING WITH HASSLE-FREE OPTIONS THAT SERVE THE CROWD-PLEASING FLAVORS YOU CAN GET ONLY AT FAZOLI’S.®

STEP 1
SELECT YOUR FUNDRAISING OPTION* FROM THE LIST BELOW:

Option 1: In-Restaurant % Donation

(Sundays –Thursdays)

  • Contact your local Fazoli’s to speak with a Fazoli’s Team Member to set up the date and time (if applicable, Sunday-Thursday) for your school or organization’s Fundraiser.
  • We’ll provide flyers that can be copied and distributed to friends, family and supporters along with a digital image that can be shared through email or on social media. (Printed flyers and flyers via mobile device are accepted)
  • The Guest must present their flyer to the cashier for your organization to receive credit.
  • 20% of net sales generated by supporters will be donated to the organization following the event.

Option 2: Spaghetti Dinner

(Available any day)

Contact your local Fazoli’s® about hosting a Spaghetti Dinner.

A: OFF-SITE SPAGHETTI DINNER
  • Organizations can purchase tickets from Fazoli’s ($4 Adults, $2.50 Children) and resell to supporters at a recommended price ($8 Adults, $5 Children). Organizations must provide a 501C-3 or Tax ID number.
  • Fazoli’s Catering staff will serve the meal buffet-style if 100 tickets or more are sold. If less than 100 tickets are sold, the Fazoli’s staff will deliver the food to your location, it will be the responsibility of the group to set up and disassemble.)
  • The meal includes Spaghetti with Meat or Marinara Sauce OR Fettuccine Alfredo; with fresh Salad, our Signature Breadsticks, plates, napkins, and all dressings and utensils. Drinks and desserts are available at an additional cost.
B: ON-SITE SPAGHETTI DINNER
  • Organizations can purchase tickets from Fazoli’s ($4 Adults, $2.50 Children) and resell to supporters at a recommended price ($8 Adults, $5 Children). Organizations must provide a 501C-3 or Tax ID number
  • Guests can redeem their tickets at their local Fazoli’s.
  • The meal includes Spaghetti with Meat or Marinara Sauce OR Fettuccine Alfredo; with a House Side Salad or Caesar Side Salad, & our Signature Breadsticks. Drinks and desserts are available at an additional cost.

Option 3: Fundraiser Sheets

(Available any day)

  • Organizations can purchase coupon sheets for $1 per sheet (cost for printing) and resell
    to supporters in their communities for $10. For each coupon sheet sold, the organization
    earns $9 – that’s 90% profit per sheet.
  • Fundraiser Coupon Sheets will include six coupons with $40 in savings for supporters.
  • Fundraiser Coupon Sheets are non-refundable and must be purchased up front by the
    organization. A minimum purchase of 50 sheets is required.
  • Fundraiser Sheets may not be sold on Fazoil’s premises.
  • Organizations must have a 501C3 or tax ID number.

PRINT AND COMPLETE THE FUNDRAISER AGREEMENT FORM HERE.

STEP3
VISIT YOUR LOCAL FAZOLI’S TO SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED FORM AND SPEAK WITH A MANAGER.
